 Demonstrate & Educate            
“Rain or Shine “                                                                                                            
Booths to be set up by 2:00 PM            

This outing is a time for members and friends to share their knowledge, equipment, hobbies, collections and their special talents by participating in this annual event.  Participants are encouraged to pack up their personal collections and bring them out to demonstrate the arts and crafts associated with treasure hunting, gold mining and etc.   So, Mary, bring your glass cutting wind chimes and Roy, bring your homemade jewelry, and Brian, your wide selection of equipment & supplies.  Oh, let us not forget Bill’s collection of coins and wide range of prospecting supplies;   Van & Gayle’s beads, jewelry, and metal detecting supplies;  Professor Nick’s meteorite collection and his experiences are outstanding;  Jim Hooks and Jerry Myers wide display of treasures found by metal detecting and scuba diving from all around the world.   Glenn will have pay dirt from the Carolina’s and Georgia available.                                                        

You, are welcome to participate.  There will be lots of interesting stuff and a whole lot to learn at the displays set up for all to enjoy.  Tables will be provided (while they last).  Finish the day with a  spaghetti dinner  including salad.  Enjoy the camaraderie and get to know your fellow members and.  This is the perfect time to introduce the great outdoors to your friends and family.
